Does anyone know why MobileMe doesn’t sync remote .ics calendars you’re subscribed to? That’s bullshit! .Mac worked with subscriptions fine!

Turning on push on your iPhone deletes all your contacts, calendars, etc. Since MobileMe sync isn’t working, you can’t get them back. FAIL.

According to a growing number of people on Twitter, Apple is having problems with its in-store activation process. Couple this with the botched MobileMe rollout, and this launch isn’t looking good for Apple right now. Here’s hoping they get it all resolved in short order.

In the 10 minutes I was able to access MobileMe this morning, I think I learned that it doesn’t sync subscribed calendars. What the hell?!
