Full list of places in Austin. These are added automatically for events. For photos, all I have to do is type in the name and city of the place -- the address and all other geo information is found automatically from Upcoming's venue API. — Jeff Croft
City pages -- not just for photos anymore.

Now including events from Upcoming.org and full details on specific places within the city I’ve taken photos at, posted blog entries from, or been to events at. Public APIs are my bitch.

New city and place pages are generated or updated automatically whenever I add an Upcoming event or flickr photo from that city or place.

    Jeff this is really really amazing. I thought it was cool enough when the images were just plotted on the map. Do you think you might do some sort of tutorial/write up on implementation. I am particularly interested in how you are displaying flickr images in slideshowpro. As well as how to send the flickr information to the map. Really great work.
