I definitely agree with this post in spirit, if not with every single detail. It’s so true that many designers mistake “typography” for “choosing a font,” which is actually only about 1% of what typography entails. It’s also completely true that we can create beautiful typography on the web with the fonts we have at our disposal — the relatively limited selection is no excuse (though I’d still love to have more typeface selection!).
