So, I’m only one person shy of getting me free iPod over at freeipods.com. I’ve got four referrals that have singed up and done their offer — five are required. So, I’m begging again. Someone please help me out! I’ll be forever grateful. Please? :)

I’ve got 2 referrals done, and three to go. If this is one big scam, I’m angry. I don’t think it is though…

I think it’s definitely not a scam — just a bit of a pain in the ass to get people to do it for you. :)

I would love to help you out. Unfortunately I don’t have an American shipping address. If you can help me out with one!?

You did read their privacy policy first, right? You know what you’re in for?

What? That you’re also agreeing to be spamed for a bunch of crap you don’t want. That ain’t no big thing.

Some spam is a small price to pay for a free iPod, especially if you have a good spam filter. I’m so used to spam by now that a few extra pieces isn’t going to affect me much…

OK, Jeff I bit. Used a email I set up just for this marketing thing, so I can always dump anything that goes to it to /null. I signed up and did the offer for BMG music club. Are you sure this thing is legit?

    Thanks, man!

I’m pretty darn sure. Wired Magazine ran an article about it last week saying it was legit, and I’ve talked to at least four or five people who have actually received iPods. If you compelted your offer, mine should ship and be here soon — and I’ll let everyone know. Thanks again!
